It means that he found somone that he likes better than you and that you have been dumped American style. He is asking about the condoms because he is hoping that you don't have a bun in the oven to surprise him with when you come back.So he is scared.What I find hilarious is that he can't remember if he used a condom.That means that while he was doing the Norwegian cruise in your snatch he was banging other chicks.So many that he can't remember if he rode you bareback or not.I suppose that he has dumped the other girls and that they don't know his name.But you were special and you know who he is.He might be thinking that you are coming back to file for child support or have the baby in the US for dual citizenship. long distance is hard when you're in the same country let alone on different continents.he probably regrets breaking up with you,a little at least.the thing about the condoms is weird though.i used to date a girl from oslo and her and all the women in her family,that i met,were super hot and they said most norwegian women are.you probably are too so he probably misses that.
