I had left work due to medical reasons and shortly afterwards I was rushed into ICU for heart complications, and multi-organ failure. Meanwhile my girlfriend at the time was fired from her job and unannounced to myself left the country all together. Weeks in ICU attempting to contact her to finally receive the message "It was nice to know you, I have no need in that country anymore" hangup.
